Please provide the serial number of your EdgeXOS platform. This can be found on a sticker on the bottom of the device or on the Home page of the web GUI of the appliance.
If you have a support contract number, please provide this information as well.
Finally, please provide the full name/description of the appliance and the current firmware version, including the Build number, so that we can be sure to match the assistance with the correct device/firmware.
